SimsPartners acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. Personal information is collected with your consent. Your consent is given when you send information to SimsPartners through its Internet site. We advise that the information that you provide on this site is "personal information" as defined by the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 (the "Act").

The purpose for collecting this information varies depending upon your request, but comprises:

  • Processing your application and/or registration and/or enquiry;
  • Keeping you informed of upcoming events;
  • Updating your records on SimsPartners' databases;
  • Monitoring and enhancing the provision of SimsPartners' services;
